Cover is available on a new for old basis for loss or damage (excluding malicious damage by tenants). Cover includes replacement of locks following theft of keys, loss of metered water plus loss of rent up to 20% of the sum insured.

• Employers Liability - £10,000,000
• Landlord’s liability as owner of the contents - £2,000,000

The Landlords' contents policy was be further extended to include legal expenses and / or emergency assistance.
