Q: How much will it cost?
A: To obtain a quotation, please call us on 0845 226 8559 or follow the instructions on the ‘Request Quote’ page. Each quotation is assessed on the details disclosed to insurers.

Q: How can I pay for my policy?
A: We offer our customers a choice of payment methods. You can choose to pay your premium in a one-off lump sum by debit card or credit card. If you would prefer to pay for your insurance by monthly direct debit, the cost of your insurance can be spread over an eight month period incurring an 8.5% interest charge. Direct debit is only available on policies incepted over the telephone by calling us on 0845 226 8559. Paying online is via secure server, which uses advanced encryption technology to ensure your details are safe during transmission.

Q: How do I make a claim?
A: To make a claim or report an incident, please refer to your full policy wording where a claims telephone number will be provided. If you are unsure about any aspect of this, you can contact us on 0845 226 8559 where we will be happy to reaffirm these details to you. Please have your policy number to hand when calling. Please note, the amount of authority we have been granted from insurers will not allow us to advise or deal with any questions relating to any claim or incident that may or may not have occurred at your property. This will be handled by our experienced claims handling team.

Q: How do I change or cancel my policy?
A: If you wish to cancel or change any aspect of your policy you will need to put your request in writing and send it to:

Q: What can I do if I’m not satisfied with Commercial-Protector?
A: If you are not wholly satisfied with the cover provided by your policy you have the right to cancel your policy. If you cancel the policy within 14 days of receiving your hard copy of policy documents, providing no claims or incidents have arisen, you will be entitled to a full refund on the premium you have paid. Anything outside of the 14 day cooling off period will result in a pro-rata return premium, less the administration fee to take into account our costs in providing the policy.
